Having graduated in 1999 from the KEDGE Business School (formerly ESC BORDEAUX), Raphaël began his career in financial engineering in a corporate and investment bank trading room.

He soon joined the consulting sector joining a consulting firm specialized in the organization of financial departmentsas a partner. He then joined a subsidiary of the Altran group in 2003 to develop its banking and finance sector for 3 years.

In October 2006, he co-founded CMG CONSEIL with his partner Steeve FICHTENBAUM then created CMG ADVISORY in 2011 and CMG CONSULTING GROUP in 2018.

With his partner Steeve FICHTENBAUM, he has also co- chaired the ESEM HOLDING since 2013. ESEM Holding represents a holding and control structure which today houses around twenty investments in the ecosystem of start-ups (robotics & AI, big data, digital, CSR, etc.).
