A graduate of ESIEA (Higher School of Computer Science and Automatic Electronics), Thomas began his career as an international project manager with CALYON (ex-CACIB) on payment issues.

He joined CMG Consulting in 2009 to focus on project management issues and contract authority support before evolving towards digital transformation projects

Thomas became consultant manager then co-manager of the  » Transformation & Digital Expertise  » competency center .

Thomas was appointed partner of CMG CONSULTING GROUP in 2018
