Position
As an AXCO consultant, you will carry out and support assignments of project management assistance or MOA project management.
Your role might lead you to intervene in all the phases of a project or its sub-sections (scoping/ feasibility study, expression of needs, validation, change management) to which you will provide our expertise. They will take place within a project management framework dedicated to business lines or professionalized project management, with our clients in the banking, financial and industrial sectors.
You will work independently and autonomously on your assignments with the support of the “IS project management” skills centre in Paris, with which you will closely liaise by providing your experience to team members and contributing to the development of value-added offerings.
Qualifications and job description
You are a business /engineering school graduate or you hold an equivalent postgraduate diploma, you ideally have a dual competence in management and IS that allows you to understand challenges and constraints of business and project management.
You have a 5 to 10 years’ significant experience in project management acquired with a major account in the banking and financial sector or in a consulting firm. You master the fundamentals of project management that you have applied in one or more methodological frameworks or quality management systems.
You are an expert in one or more functional areas (distribution, management, support, etc.) and / or one or more business sectors (consumer credit, real estate credit, retail banking, investment banking, asset management, financial services…).
Your strength points for this position: your ability to listen and understand, your analytical and written and oral communication skills, your negotiating skills and your sense of customer service.
It is essential to be able to work in an English-speaking environment.
